Do you shop online?
Did you know that whenever you buy anything online – from your weekly shop to your annual holiday – you could be raising a free donation for African Adventures Ghana 2018? There are nearly 3,000 retailers including Amazon, John Lewis, Aviva, thetrainline and Sainsbury’s, who will donate a percentage of the amount you spend to African Adventures Ghana 2018 to say thank you for shopping with them.
It’s really simple, and doesn’t cost you anything.
All you have to do is:
There are no catches or hidden charges and African Adventures Ghana 2018 will be really grateful for your donations.
Here is a video to explain how:
African Adventures is the UK’s leading volunteer travel organisation specialising in educational trips. The organisation gives young people from around the UK the opportunity to experience a new culture while dedicating their time to truly worthwhile causes. African Adventures’ partner schools in Ghana provide an education for children from underprivileged backgrounds. Students will be volunteering at these schools in either a teaching and coaching role or a building support role. They will be making a difference.
African Adventures have been running these excursions multiple times a year for a long time. Ghana is not unsafe to travel to but Ash Green will be running a complete risk assessment before travelling out to Ghana.
The 13-night trip will be taking place in July 2018 and the cost of this is £2045. This pays for a comprehensive package including everything from flights and in-country transport to accommodation and food. The only things not included within this amount are: any UK medical expenses, such as vaccinations and antimalarials; visa application and fee; a small amount of spending money for the trip.
Most students fundraise in order to generate funds for their trip, and many successfully fundraise 100% of their trip costs. African Adventures staff are on hand to support students every step of the way and to answer any questions regarding fundraising or trip preparation.
African Adventures is ATOL and ABTA protected and has an impeccable safety record. The organisation is also a member of the School Travel Forum, is DofE accredited and has been awarded the Learning Outside the Classroom quality badge.
